Form submissions are delivered to my email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The site has no user accounts and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you close the pop-up offer, your browser remembers that for 30 days in its own local storage; nothing about it is sent to me.
Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of technical request.
To answer you: replying to your message, preparing the opinion of value or property information you asked for, or sending the market notes you signed up for. I don’t sell or rent your information. I share it only when needed to handle your request or when the law requires it.

“Claude Sheets” is a private tool registered in Google Cloud under this site. It lets the AI assistant I use (Claude, made by Anthropic) read and edit my own Google Sheets when I ask it to. It is used only with my own Google account, asks only for the Google Sheets permission, and collects nothing from visitors to this site.
Sheet data it reads is used only to do the task I asked for. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections.
